Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

NUmbers

WE all know where we stand with our numbers, our reviews, our productivity, etc....based on that , though you don’t know your teammates info, you should be able to get a feel for where you are in your team, as it’s ranked. Take advantage of the time given, if you need to, and if you feel you’re towards the bottom, start looking for a job....

PHCs, I am so sorry for you all...nursing homes may be good places to look for jobs, Humana guidance centers, go to volunteermatch.org to see what non profits in your area are looking for volunteers. They may have job openings, too....set up email alerts on indeed.com, and use the humana resources.....it’s sad your program ended...I was got let go due to a program ending, it took a long time to take me ego out and not take it personally....I wish you all the best, you’re an awesome and amazing group who do so much!

I agree. PHCs do amazing work every day with high expectations and do it with only having 40 hours to get it done with no overtime. Make sure to highlight your time management skills and virtual work on resumes
