What does the future hold for the HAH SNP Program since Humana pulled out of Obama care and has dropped multiple states. I am an HCMRN and can't afford to be caught unaware! Any insight appreciated.... .........

According to today's Town Hall meeting, SNP enrollment is increasing along with Transitions and Dual Demo is down along with HCCP.
SNP nurses are telephonic HCMS.
At RgujOhu-1fib. Thank you for the information! LTIH program has members who have humana and medicaid. Do SNP nurses visit members in their homes? Just trying to figure out differences between the programs. Yes I completely agree we are isolated!

Lol so true. I remember that from training as well. In reality, we are in silos from team to team let alone program to program.
SNP IS dual enrollment medicare/Medicaid. It's weird to me how you can work for the company for a looong time and have no idea about other programs or the structure of the company. They are so tight with information. When I started, they gave some corporate cliche about "not working in a silo" , in reality, you can't even find what the corporate structure IS.
It’s the safest place to be in HAH.
But Will the HCMRN'S get laid off here too?
SNP will survive. There is a greater need and better reimbursement
