Everyone is assuming there will be layoffs next week, there were the regular town hall meetings last year, scheduled, and no layoffs before them, it was the unscheduled updating townhall meetings that came after the layoffs that were done. This is the regular 1st quarter town hall meeting! Can anyone confirm that there will be layoffs? If not, then, it’s an assumption

My coach has emphasized having our talent center up to date and our resumes with Humana current. Has posted several job openings this week for the team and informed the team that changes are coming soon . They may not know exactly what’s happening but the last time this information was conveyed to us layoffs occurred

ZERO has been confirmed! Still just speculations. We know there are changes coming but we don't know what. Quit stirring yourselves into a frenzy. In the past we have had people with actual knowledge posting. From what I can see, there is no actual knowledge because everything said about the layoffs has been different. Not once have we had someone else back up any specific info given. it's all speculation. The coaches don't know ANYTHING! I am close to a coach who has said they are more in the dark than ever. Plans are in place for the future of HAH is all I know.
Just be on the lookout for a confidential email that normally goes out on a Tuesday o Thursday around 4:45pm.... that is how they notify you that you are impacted.. then you have to attend the meeting the next day.. Good luck to all...
This thread has been right the last number of times about lay-offs! How many times has Humana confirmed it previously? 0!

Where has this been confirmed? Is there any confirmation of what roles will be eliminated or impacted?
HCM-RN here, coach has told us over and over here recently to monitor our MPS and to avoid being low hanging fruit. We were told to make sure we are meeting our metrics. Interpret as you want, maybe she wants everyone to be knowledgeable of where they are compared to peers or maybe she is giving subtle hints to improve before let go. Only time will tell.
