Hmm. I seem to remember an employee survey a little over a year ago that was conducted by a third party with the implication being that the answers weren't going to be accessible by management. The data wasn't accessible by management -- it was available to HR who put it into the Employee Capital Management module so that management could then determine a strategy of which employees needed to be pushed out the door and which ones would likely leave on their own.

I'll pass on your links which redirect to Oracle as I'm sure you hope to figure out which employees are commenting or reading this forum. That's really deceptive and manipulative, but that isn't surprising at all -- it comes from the very top.

Come on. Everyone at Oracle is tech savvy enough to know not to use Oracle computers for such things, and surely has their own personal computers/phones and Internet connections which are not subject to Oracle snooping.

Only dumb people would do that.

The rest of us know they log all connections going out through the proxy.

The links are safe, you can even use corporate VPN, just make sure you open them in an incognito tab, wink wink. Not only that, but your contribution will help change the company towards the better and you will get the recognition you deserve, wink wink.

Even if that other site is not monitored by HR, it is boring and has no real news of impending layoffs.

Interesting side by side comparison. Did not see such a change headcounts for named accounts, public sectoe. Hw sales not a surprise.

Hey comment troll bots. Just surf with a vpn like the opera brother. Plenty of ways to be safe. You ll see those links are quite real pointing to European Union oracle folks and their internal communications.
