Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

RIF associate here.

My coach has spent the last few weeks going through my roster with a fine tooth comb. She looked at my documentation on every single one of my HS members and told me to move all but 2 down from HS tele.

If I felt like they needed to stay HS I could fill out a very long and detailed form to justify their continued higher loi. It's honestly a lot of extra work to fill them out, which I feel was done intentionally to discourage us from actually requesting they stay HS. Now she is going through the rest of my roster and telling me to move members to monitored, she told me the goal was to have at least half of my roster moved to monitored by the end of next week.

My only goal for this week is for it to be over, I honestly couldn’t care less what management wants at this point. I will continue to do my job and take care of my members because I care about them. No cares whatsoever though about numbers or making sure my roster is even caught up. They will get my 8 hours a day and that’s it.

@1znc don't sweat it. Your post was very clearly worded and made sense. There are people on here who just try to stir up drama and call everyone a liar. If someone doesn't know what high severity tele is then its obvious they dont even work for humana and are just another troll. Just ignore them.

I wrote this on a comment in another thread, although I did not post it as a new thread. Some of you are obviously misunderstanding what I said. I am HCMRN, when I said moving members down to a new loi I was talking about moving from HS TELE to health challenged, going from 2 calls a month to 1. Moving down from there is going to monitored. I think PHC's are commenting with no knowledge of HCM loi's. You can "call BS" on my comment all you want, but the nurses understand

No, the OP talks about doing extra documentation to move a member down to a different LOI and then talks separately about moving other members to monitored. There is no other option than monitored now. I call BS on this OP's post.

Move those members down to where? There is no Live Healthy program anymore. The only option is a telephonic nurse or move to monitored.
