Interest rates are going up. Enbridge debt rating is downgraded. Assess sales are too late for Institutions appetite. Next up is a dividend cut to pay down debt. ROI's are not there with pipeline competition and "growth" drying up.

The other thing at a 5 year low is morale. I didn't think it could get lower but when I look at a few weeks ago to now I can see it. I have a small cruel streak to my personality so don't mind seeing folks in misery.

When do we call the Spectra acquisition a complete failure? If I was an investor, I'd be pizzed. The market is speaking loudly, are the executives listening? How do they keep their jobs?
