Our whole team is getting brand new members, reassigned live healthy who have already been moved to managed, and Transitions discharge members. We are not lacking for members and calls. Wish they didn't come to the roster 20 at a time.

@RTckg78-3fhl, the tw who were RIF’d on my team now only have 50 members each. They moved a a lot to monitored and the few who remained were given to the team. We were told to use them for extra cake if we are behind. I barely have enough to dial without going into the next few days calls. Something has got to give.
RIF associate here. My coach has spent the last few weeks going through my roster with a fine tooth comb. She looked at my documentation on every single one of my HS members and told me to move all but 2 down from HS tele. If I felt like they needed to stay HS I could fill out a very long and detailed form to justify their continued higher loi. It's honestly a lot of extra work to fill them out, which I feel was done intentionally to discourage us from actually requesting they stay HS. Now she is going through the rest of my roster and telling me to move members to monitored, she told me the goal was to have at least half of my roster moved to monitored by the end of next week.
I honestly think our coach is trying to help us with job security. Our rosters are very low. Maybe her idea of us calling to check on them will help us build our rosters back up.
Isn’t the point of monitored status is the member calls you? If the person needs monthly calls, they shouldn’t have been moved...I think many members were moved automatically by the system when live healthy ended that needed to stay managed, but the PHCs didn’t reach them, the system has some flaws in it
HCM-RN here. I wonder about more layoffs. Who knows for sure at this point. I will share that my coach told our team yesterday we should consider calling our monitored members to see if we can move them back to managed.
Correct that is what poster said. Move large number of members to monitored from managed
How are they moving large numbers of members from monitored to managed? They said the opposite in the town hall? That managed member will be between 100,000 and 200,000 by the end of the year. We are being told to move more to monitored. They don't need the staff that currently remains for those numbers. Another lay off is inevitable, even if it's not planned yet
I thought more layoffs when I heard that. Why would they need all of us?
That is the same thing.
They told us they are going to move large number of members to monitored from managed. That’s is they same thing
Agreed, below poster. I think the layoffs are done.
RTckg78-2kld. That Is Actually not true. After the first round they did say no more planned layoffs but going forward they always said they cannot guarantee that. At one point they did assure the pHCs no more layoffs, but that is because at the time the plan was to save their role. In every town hall we were told they could not guarantee no layoffs. I belive the new leaders. They appear sincere, unlike MF. I think they are looking for stability right now.
They said after every round of layoffs in 2017 that no more were planned, then did one every single quarter. Based on the expected enrollment numbers they gave in the last town hall at least one more will be done. Given their usual pattern of one per quarter, April looks likely.
It was stated in a recent town hall that no more layoffs were planned. I’m sure many are skeptical, but I believe her, as it would be ridiculous to outright lie about that.
My understanding is that the same message was once relayed to the phc’s in error, and an apology was offered. This does not appear to be the same situation. I think layoffs are done. We will be alright.
I think the next round won’t be layoffs, but performance improvement plans and termination based on not being able to do the job in 40 hours..how many CMs are on this site say8bg they want overtime. They’re working more than 40 hours, etc... I think that’s the next step, and not an RIF where you get severance, but terminated due to not meeting performance expectations...I see that happening WAY before they change metrics
YES. I am sure they do but you won't find out here. Look at your horoscope, That will be more accurate.
