You know what’s funny, this company will let thousands and thousands of dollars go right out the door with this new scan and go which is a shrink nightmare, but the moment an employee forgets to pay for his 89 cent soda, they fire them immediately. We lost a 12 year associate because he just made a simple mistake. Just goes to show you they don’t care about any of us. They treat us like rag dolls. No value for long term people have done for them. If only Sam Walton could see what has become of his company.

Stealing is stealing
Give the Member the pickle is the new motto for Sams Club. That means what ever the member wants make them happy. If you don't know what that term means then you don't work for Sams Club
Forgot to pay. Are you serious, theft is theft, integrity is integrity. If this was not yourself your talking about, how do you know this associate didn’t “forget to pay” every shift for the last year, or five years.

I'm sure that's not the only reason you were fired. But it's still stealing. And u work for the club. You know better.
