We were told to enter time through April 9th. We were told to do this in the meeting when we were laid off! We were emailed how to do this and told what code to use. Now we are being accused of trying to steal time because the code they told use to use is a double pay code and we weren't supposed to be entering time at all yet? This is the most unprofessional group of leadership imaginable.

I asked my coach about how and when I start putting in my hours and she told me she will be doing it for me. Should I be concerned? I thought we were supposed to do it ourselves.
Unreal that your coach still sends daily emails about productivity. I am sure you can't wait to get out. Humana's phone system was screwed up for quite some time yesterday.
Wow, what a cluster! I entered my time right after the meeting because I was told to. I just recorded it as regular time. I hope I don't get accused of trying to steal Humana's time. This place never fails to disappoint me. Humana stole my trust.
I haven’t received directions in how to do this, despite being told to fill out pay through 4/9 during our “your being laid off” meeting. I asked my coach how to do it and she said she’d schedule a meeting for those on our team who are getting the boot this time. So far, no meeting scheduled by coach for direction. Not surprised. Just emails daily about how I’m not getting in enough calls. I’ve giving my members 100% of my effort and it’s never enough.
I’m not aware of any code either? I just did regular time entry.
If you have the email giving you that direction then the blame will fall with the person that sent you that email...
I would assume that the OP is "blaming it" on leadership because he/she said that he/she was "accused" of stealing time, so just wondering who exactly was the accuser. I am not aware of any code. I am not doing mine through 4/9, like a poster before me, I am doing mine every two weeks because things change 'round here
You are going to blame this on leadership, really? Have you received larger paychecks since doing this? If so and you did not report it then you are at fault too. If you haven't received the pay yet, then cool your jets as it can be corrected. If you have been over paid you will pay them back.
My understanding was for phc’s to do this since that was there last day February 8th and others would do it once they were notified oh their release date.
So what are we supposed to do now? My whole team did this already. I don’t recall using a special code just reg time.
I did not complete the timesheets because I assumed something would change. It never fails with this company.
Wow, who accused you of that? Wonder if I will be hearing from my coach?
