I would like to ask Al that with all the cost reductions and layoffs occuring, what are you going to do to ensure top talent such as IPLE is retained? Some groups cannot be allowed to be affected negatively, as they bring unique knowledge that is costly (if not impossible) to replace.

I think layoffs will continue until groups can't function anymore. I'd like to hear from Al, is it true?
And extrapolating on the point... What happens if we have a "significant release" because we lack the manpower/womanpower to prevent it?
If more workforce reduction are coming, why don't ask for volunteers taking the severance package (similar as was done at Shaw) ? http://business.financialpost.com/telecom/shaw-to-take-450-million-hit-from-workforce-cuts-after-3300-employees-accept-buyout
How will you spend your days when you... get early retired?
Aside from the obvious questions about "why do you s--- so bad?" - if I had to ask a real question, and knew I would get a legitimate answer (de acuerda nobody gets to CEO by giving their employees straight answers), I would ask him to share whether Enbridge or Spectra had a better cost structure, and if that is playing into their decisions about where to cut costs and where to not.
This rodeo bull**** that they've been jamming down our throats all week can't be cost or labor efficient....
When will you fall on your sword, and be removed from your position so that we can move on as a company? Is there still more negative news that the board can pin to you before then?
Enbridge is a sh-- show...
@ROXCWLF-1ehr We’ve been trying to sell the legacy Enbridge gas assets for years, nothing to do with the merger. Just because people repeat the same garbage doesn’t mean it’s true.
MAADs - I bet 2025 at the pace the utilities move...
You’re right. It wasn’t just Al. The ELT and the Board also helped destroy the company. Now, in its weakened, over-leveraged state, it will likely be carved off piece by piece and sold. The renewables and gas processing assets are just the beginning.
When will the $20 Million in severance in year one of utility amalgamation) stated in the MADDS application) happen, 2018 or 2019?
No kidding. No wonder the company is cleaning house, sounds like all the employees are entitled whiners who blames everyone else for things going wrong instead of looking in the mirror. Blaming leadership, when it's them who are not performing. But...always the victim mentality with the Enbridge employees
Why do you guys blame everything on Al?
As a retiree, not by choice but laid off, i just received a memo today that indicated that I must pay more for the Health Insurance Plan. This means less for me in the long run along with the upcoming retirees. Al, what does this mean for me in the future? Are you going to limit my benefits along with my already wonderful $2,000 deductible in existence or are you going to gore us with further charges?
How did everything go so wrong ?
I would ask when we are going to start being more transparent all around but in particular around our values. How come they continue to remain a focus when it’s clear that the companies finances are the priority at all costs? I would also ask to site some examples as to where high level management thinks that BOEF as added any value and I’d be ready to respond with all of the inefficiency/ineffectiveness it has caused.
