It's a CVS culture thing. Harassment and bullying from the top down. Just do not subject yourself to the same tactics. Even though the pressure from CVS is to allow people to work off the clock DO NOT DO IT. Demand a lot from your team but treat them fairly. You will sleep better at night.

Don't try to keep up with unrealistic expectations. Do what you can, and know to do, and let the rest go. You will sleep better each night, by just letting it go.
As I was brought up to believe, it is in more powerful hands than you, or CVS.
Stress with trying to keep up with the unrealistic expectations.
