Humana is not just HAH. Here in my town Humana is an important employer and respected for the work they do in the community. We don't see the discrimination you talk about, quiet the opposite. I am sorry if you are having a bad time in HAH but that's not what Humana is like. Humana is a good employer offering good pay and good benefits and these things are not that easy to find here. Many people come here to work from over the state line where things are even worse. You can talk about YOUR Humana but it's not something I recognize.

At the end of the day, this is a big, corporate, for profit insurance company. Good that they’re providing jobs in your town but be careful not to fall under the impression that they care about your town, or the people who work there. This is a story you see time and again. At the end of the day, it’s about profits and bonuses for the CEO’s.
There are people coming on this site trolling. Take care not to allow some pitiful soul looks no to entertain themselves with your grief get that opportunity.
On a layoff site, HAH is significant, unfortunately. To the families affected by the layoffs, HAH is significant.
I agree, HAH is such a small percentage of Humana that it's insignificant in the overall picture
Just tell us what you really think AFTER you get a RIF, lay off or fire notice.... you've been drinking the company kool-aid for too long.

This is a layoff site. The people that come on here have been faced with layoffs. They are HAH associates. It’s fine to have your perspective but it doesn’t make others experiences any less valid.
So if there is cancer in my liver, then just my liver has cancer? Me, as a whole person, does not have cancer then correct,? Do you feel better coming in here and discrediting and devaluing the experience of those that are losing their jobs? You and your opinion are irrelevant to what is being discussed here.
