Good Q! WSJ states "PepsiCo’s global employment has been around 264,000." Using that number of EEs, 1% is 2640 job cuts...what is the true # of expected layoffs? 1% of what #?
The announcement from Indra that went out to all employees states managerial roles will be impacted "we’ve had to make the difficult decision to eliminate certain jobs, with a focus on corporate positions. These changes will have a direct impact on our global workforce, including less than 1% of our U.S. workforce"
