Employee Accounts

If you are an employee and you cannot pay your cell phone bill for a period of time, can they take your bill out of your paycheck?

They will shut it off and turn it over to collections. It goes against your credit and you will be harrassed. Sorry.......

had it happen by accident, autopay disabled when my account was "upgraded". So I didn't pay my bill for a few months and because I was a moron I didn't notice. After a while they sent a physical letter stating they were gonna send the bill to collections. I paid them quickly that was as far as it got.

But no wage garnishment? I’ve gotten into a bind and don’t think I’ll be able to pay my cell phone bill for a few months.

I think they will shut it off and send your bill to a collection agency for further action.
