Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Who is excited...

For Indra to speak tomorrow? Who thinks she won’t make one mention of the layoff tomorrow morning but only set the stage for how the economy has caused us to struggle?

I défi wanted to submit my questions... especially regarding the bonuses most other fortune 590 companies are receiving. However, I read in this site, that most of the layoffs would be funded by “said” bonus for severance pay. That’s very discouraging to a measly level 2. I would love to ask, but I do not believe it would be answered on the Q4 forum. Very disappointed as a relatively new employee. I’m interested in hearing all of the changes that may or may not occur. I have a feeling I will not hear of them until they happen. I do not believe they will be announced.

Don’t leave out the CSO from that group. He’s wasted countless millions without much to show for it.

She should perhaps explain why she, her COO AND her genius CFO still get to keep their jobs while others have to go,,

They won’t allow you to ask the tough questions and even if you manage to ask them she will have a fake answer ready for you, that’s why she has her millions. Shareholders are ok with layoffs, means more money in their pockets

Maybe it's time to start speaking up at the shareholder meetings and asking the tough questions.

The thought of her speaking tomorrow makes me sick. Brings me back to the first time she spoke to IT and told them they would all be losing their job due to outsourcing.
