Then we lost the EH&S awards

What's next?

I vote that Steller cash awards will soon be gone.

Then I seee them clawing back 20% of your vacation.

Sick days, due to be reduced any time now.

How about vending machines for coffee?

VIP days? Not unless they support a current project.

What do think Al will place on the chopping block next?

After all, we are all lucky just to have a job, right?

Get real - this company has slashed the wealth of knowledge and experience before - remember the Midcoast acquisition? Now with the Spectra "merger" a huge percentage of Enbridge staff has been replaced by Spectra staff and we've again lost knowledge and experience as the Spectra staff fumble around doing things the way they're used to only to find out that way clashes with the Enbridge way. Utter Chaos.

LOL, poor IPLE guy thinks he can't be replaced.

News Flash! EVERYONE OF US CAN BE REPLACED.

Hire from a competator, increase automation, or just do without, no single person is indispensable.

It's funny to think someone on here thinks they are!

Why not just go and ask for more?:) See what happens.

There's one thing that cannot afford to be lost. The wealth of knowledge and experience in IPLE. Admittedly most employees in general are replaceable, but losing our particular depth of expertise would cripple Enbridge for years. Not a prudent course of action for a company that needs our specific technical knowledge to be successful.

I am afraid they will start charging us parking over in VPC which is the EGD office building in Toronto. This is a lucrative source of revenue for EGD. The way they will spin it is to encourage employees to take public transport and save the environment.

I was under the impression that cash awards via stellar is all but done anyway. Up until this year stellar awards were paid out through HR. Now they are paid out via your departments cost center...if i had to guess this will all but kill off stellar cash awards.
