Why is The HR department in CGG so bad? I have heard that HR in Calgary is one of the worst, apparently she is never in the office and when she is, she is bad at her job. You never hear of bad HR departments in other centres like Perth or in Asia, how is HR in other centres?

I used to work in Perth, and I can definitely say, the Perth HR is terrible as well.
we dont have a hr department.....just someone who visits from crawley once a month.....i guess she considers this day a easy work day....noone even bothers
Crawley is bad. You are not alone.
HR in Crawley was slaughtered during last redundancy process for their lack of respect towards those being made redundant. see previous thread
