They keep talking about the new generation what the hell about us old folk they got us dead and buried like we don’t shop. How about listening what happened to mentoring and molding talent. Joke joke joke welcome to the new Kmart soon all the talent will be gone, left with your babies setting in office waiting to see who will tell them what to do next.

A degree for business is complete b---s--- to begin with. Aldi literally hires district manager straight from college who have no management experience. It means nothing for business. Some “babies” have had multiple years of management experience before the age of 23...
