Not shocked. Humana has always put bs before truth and kept the kool-aid pouring before letting us know it is actually poison. .....After all, what would Louisville really do if the big 'H' went down in flames? That question, I ask seriously. The area is already stricken--
Glad to know they didn't meet your standards either. I'd worked for them after living in a very different area for a long time-- and was mortified by what I found-- and had to keep the job because most of the time, it was only me that could work. (major medical stuff for family). Needless to say, I wasn't well or healthy at all.
To say we who are being impacted are not up to the level expected is below horrid and pathetic. Humana had been a place everyone wanted to work, and now everyone knows that it is a place where there is no stability for anyone, no matter how hard you work or well you do. The can lie, but people know the truth. Other companies who have hired former employees say they are sorry we had to work here. I am not bitter about being let go. I am angry at it being said we didn't meet a standard. Humana, with the pious attitude actually doesn't meet mine. But it takes conscious to care.
Wow. Unbelievable.
