Those left behind will now be punching a time clock while pumping out calls on an assembly line and raising their hand to ask to use the bathroom. At least until we are put on a PIP and then fired for not meeting productivity expectations in exactly 8 hours. So much for professionalism.

RDLzkgX-vdj Get over yourself and off that high horse you rode in on! No one is taking your damn professionalism away from you or micromanaging you because you are now being paid by the hour. Many of us have survived it and didn't feel any less professional. I have never in my 25 professional years seen so many whiny self entitled people! Be thankful to have a job! About 700 no longer do! Quit the pity party and woe is me $hit because many of us are tired of reading it! The world is not coming to an end, you will not be caged and watched 24/7. Don't like it? @izi inflexible? perhaps since I have never in my 20 years as a professional been an hourly employee. Pessimistic? If feeling raped of your professionalism and not trusted to do the job without being micromanaged is pessimistic then I guess so.
Cut the crap! I wish all you doom and gloom folks would just go! You are inflexible and pessimistic! You are not willing to give anything a chance and bringing your colleagues down with your BS! Just can the attitude.
What you described is no different than when I worked in the call centers in Medicare-- and very close to the truth of it.... no hand raising....just dings if you were 'off-schedule' or late.. which of course, led to PIP...

Next step in the process? For those staying surely a new Coach, another move due to having to re-team once again with reduction in Coaches. The rest who knows. I guess we will find out in the Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday.
