Maybe, but like a lot of other companies now, Verizon gets rid of the jobs and worries about the effect on customers later, usually when they start complaining.

I've been hearing from multiple sources something is happening tomorrow or Thursday. It's super secretive, so no one has a clue if it's layoffs or some other announcement. Most shrink has been put on hold for the next 2 days as well. Anyone else hearing the same?
