Why can’t they just say if our positions are being eliminated or not.

What TLs are changing?
Just wish there was an explanation for markets that were untouched in the club closings but took major hits in the manager firing phase. Making room for the displaced is the obvious reason but accountability starts from above. We are in desperate need for upper leadership restructuring. What a pathetic state we are in right now. Good luck trying to even begin pulling the morale up. It’s beyond repair.
From what I’ve heard their are no more negative moves to come out. TLs may be realigned to match the new management structure so that some TLs won’t fall under 2 different managers.
Also they are not holding information to make people sweat, be in fear, or be nervous. There are a lot of variables that go into these changes that they need to make sure are correct before they make changes and release the info.... The only reason people are actually freaking out is because of this rumor site... Literally nothing could be changing, but because someone “heard” something and posted it on here everybody assumes it’s 100% legit.
They will when they are walking you to the door with your severance papers!
