With our billions you would think we would be on top. Makes no sense that we don’t have state of the art equipment etc....You can look at our computer systems and tell where the priorities are the CEO pockets. Instead of always coming up with ways to displace people how about trying to invest in technology.
Amazon Go is the present not like scan and go trying to be the future. To bad Amazon and Costco on top.
Let's boycott scan n go. Don't use it, and when you're told to get out there and promote it you act like it's all complicated with the members. Push wrong buttons, accidentally log yourself out, act like it's a hassle until the member walks away lol. Totally kidding of course, but that would be so funny.

Yes, we do plan to eliminate many positions this year and rely on mostly tech, to handle all basic marketing, human resource and jewelry needs, as tech can handle all these basic functions we will transition into fresh with the first 5 along with the restructured membership cards, club card as well as master plus.
