If this company wants to save money, eliminate the 3 figured salary positons. We don't need people that has no clue what they are doing, to come in to stores and b--ch about why this end cap is setup the way it is or why we should feature peanuts instead of rice crispy treats. Let the GM and managers make the decisions and work with overnight crew to make things better for the members. All these Market managers get paid way too much and half of them don't even understand how re stocking a store works. Couple of months ago we had a our market manager come in and demand that everything that was in a box on the top layer had to be taken out and hand stacked. Seriously???? go kick some rocks!!!

MM do a lot of things to make the clubs run that you do not see or hear about. Besides those 3 digit salaries are really not that expensive!
A three figure salary is actually quite cheap. Did you mean six figures?
