Outstanding expenses

Getting ready to part ways with big red but have over $3K outstanding expenses lingering in the new cloud expense system. Anyone know the process when leaving and getting expenses paid?

You will get instructions to submit receipts manually. I did it, and most of them went through OK, one of them needed a bit of handholding as the expense team person had to creat a supplier or something similar. Anyways, do able after RIF via instructions in the RIF package.

Yes. I left at end of year. You will receive a manual expense form that you send in after your last day. I got mine paid in a less then a week. I had to wait until the upgrade was completed. But after the 12th of January it went smooth. HR sends you the form and instructions.

There's a mechanism for submitting expenses post-termination, and you'll receive information about it in your severance package. But, I haven't tried it (buyer beware). Try to get your expense reports approved before resigning.

I left a year ago, so things might have changed. I got a direct deposit for expenses when they were processed. They were not in my final paycheck; they were paid (a month?) later.
