I have worked 5 areas of Sams club. For 20 years. Change is a must. I am one that has given 200%. And the company has returned my efforts in to good things for 20 years. I am not a slacker in the least. But I have seen good mgrs and bad. What is important for our futures is simple.great service and it is dieing fast. Inventory out of stocks must stop. And great service must come back. Scan go/ self checkouts are a complete detachment from our members. They pay to walk in. They deserve great service. As far as Costgo goes. I have been to many they do a couple things very well bit they s---. Our leadership in Sams club should have the mind set like " Hey lets not compete with Costco.
Lets kick the crap out of them in every aspect of the wholesale business" . And cut down on changing crap all the time. Members don't enjoy not finding what they came for and if 2000 people a day leave missing a $10.00 item they came for. Do the math. To all long term employees I say this bust your a--. And to the leadership of our company allow us to be the best
