Is it 250? The live healthy PHCs? The CMS? The hcmss? Is the severance tied now to the disbursement amount coming on the 19th? I heard at one point that hah was going to be staffed by 700 people, between CMs and HcMSs- any truth to that? Also, ate the layoffs this time a continuing of the lists from the outside consulting firm did before, or different criteria? Lots of things flying around on the threads, wanted to make it easier for you to respond if you had any insight.....

Just be on alert and be smart. Take care of yourself, family and be positive! Regardless, spruce up your resume and be on top! Get ready and don't be the victim, be in charge of your career!
I suppose I won't survive then. I can't "think like a corporation" because I'm not wired that way. I'm a human, who works best one human to another. I've always been valued for that skill...until now.
Possibly coach 22 and coach 100 have been let go or will be but does that really matter where they are or why they have not responded??? FOCUS. Everyone should always be prepared for a lay off at any company. Humana will always do what is in their best interest. Think like a corporation and follow that lead. Survival of the fittest.

Yeah, I received a UPS notification this morning and thought, “wow, they did it again.”
Turns out it was just the monthly shipment of diapers we get from Amazon.
Historically, they come before followed by a Town Hall meeting. It is nothing more than to attempt to keeping normalcy. The release of the UPS labels flubbed up the last lay off. This time gag orders are being strictly enforced. Just assume you will get the email and Live Healthy , HAH is folding and you are losing your job. I lost mine last go around and it was such a relief! Best New Year ever!

As a Humana at home employwe, I would rather be told straight up instead of all of the changes drug out over time about these positions diminishing. So far most of what we are doing, or going to the nurses. We are working our sales right out of a job. If there are positions that we will be considered for, we should be given those requisition numbers
We have gotten about 4 different versions in the past 24-36 hours. I would hope a coach would set the record straight. If this is true, the PIC coaches are all getting RIFd. Are all the PHCs in Live Healthy or do they exist outside of it?

Coach 22 said beginning of February and stated he/ she was not going to respond anymore.
