How is anybody supposed to find what little confidence they have left in their job position after now being told that we have to move members up in care from a certain number when that's half my roster?

Agreed that it is likely poor communication. Transparency has become a funny (in a funny-not-funny) word at HAH.
I think it’s just typical poor communication, probably from one CoM / coach to the next. Our info lists the 27000 number, but didn’t say we had to move everyone up over 27k.
I don’t think they would do it that way - give a heads up in that manner. They have not done that before, and it would mean entire teams impacted and others not at all, so no rhyme or reason for the decision as to who is cut.
Maybe some PHCs are moving their rosters and not all, since those PHCs will be impacted?
Well this is not good then.
We were given specific instructions with much higher numbers. Actually I hear of teams getting specific lists & not just anyone over a certain score to move up to nurses.
I’m thankful for this site and for all of you who are posting.
As a PHC, it is exhausting always being in the dark, playing guessing games for an entire year, and the bits and pieces of info you all share is appreciated.
COM sent lists to Coaches who sent lists to PHC's. Maybe it's just one COM who made up a big story? Who knows?!!
Our PHC team was told that all PHCs were given the same directive. The news came early in the day. Ask your coach directly if you've not been given the same instructions. If not...well, I shouldn't be surprised. Conflicting messages and miscommunication is proven in HAH.
PHC here. I did not get those instructions on my team. Not that coaches are ever on same page, but we didn’t get that.
Below poster, did you get these instructions late in the afternoon today? I haven’t heard we are to move up such a large number of members - but I did have to log out early today to pick up a sick kid. :(
And so the PHC lemmings begin their short walk to the edge of HAH cliff...
We were all instructed to start moving most, if not all, CBA-eligible members up to nurses within the next few weeks. Worried about job security, nurses? Want more members? Never fear, they are coming...and PHCs seem likely to be leaving...unless we are all blind.
Sound like they will be dropping the axe on our arses pretty soon
Attention PHC’s: move everyone with a score of 24000 or above to a nurse. Move anyone under 24000 to monitored. What’s that? You are worried about job security? Don’t be silly!
(an exaggeration—-I think, but this is where we seem to be right now).
Over 24000? Will this be an instruction that will cascade to all teams (phc)? I won’t have anyone to call, the ones under 15,000 or so all are doing so well (mostly) and are moving to monitored.
Woah. Oh no. I’m a phc and at least half my roster is over 24. Then are the ones with really low scores who need to move to monitored. That leaves....nobody.
Why are they moving people to us that don’t need us. Humana will just keep enough HCM’s to move those members to monitored
If score is over 24,000 move up to nurse
Phc and was told to move up to him over 200 members
Sounds like move to nursing
agrees
OP, I'm assuming you are a PHC? Where are you moving them to? Monitored or up to nursing? How many members are on a normal roster these days?
Do you have a minimum expectation for moving members off your roster per week?
What do you mean?
