Raise or no, it's time to leave. For real. For many, this is a strong job market. Just like you plan for rush, just like you plan for adoptions, plan for your next job. No excuses. Do it.
If we go yet another year without raises, it's definitely time to start looking.

Good of you to notice that's it been quiet. If you classify what is posted here as simply complaining, the cool-aid keeps you good and numb. Also, campus shut downs make it hard to abuse folks. This week quarter campuses come back online. It'll pick up.
