It's WHO you know not WHAT you know. If you are not one of the "good ol boys" you are a nothing. Working hard has nothing to do with promotions here. I've seen people promoted to executive level positions that don't know....

Curious whether you have been told you are valued.

Sounds like YOU really are valued. And sounds like you know it based on your financial rewards, and not just because you’be been told you’re valued.

I can only speak for myself, but I get strong increases each year. Infrastructure Planning, but also because I have lead a lot of direct revenue generating projects so that gets taken into the equation. Stay strong, work hard and EARN it and you will get it too. Leadership is fair and will give you what you deserve.

Actually, some employees will get excellent raises this year. You just won’t find out about it.

They know who to keep happy, and it’s not just VPs.

ENB bit off more than it could chew with the Spectra acquisition and we’re experiencing the fall out. Al should pay by stepping down.

Yeah, it stinks. 1% raise if you’re a “high performer”, stip multipliers crap, pension cuts, benefit cuts, reviewing vehicle policies....about 10 more reasons to jump ship February 24th
