Seriously? Really, tell me that:
1) When you have an “incompetent, micro manager” people leader who have no output and just ride on the acheivements of staff below one’s level and constantly ask for the things that have been done, achieved, completed because one has nothing to show for and only brag on one’s staff achievements. You can brag if you had trained or contributed to your staff achievements but if you are just a bystander waiting to brag then you are no part of the team.
2) When you have a “team member” who have poor technical skills and collects everyone work so one can present it to the management and claim credit for it and look good. This is how some people were able to keep their job, act really nice to cover up the incompetence.
3) When you have a “team member” who always claims to be busy but shopping online most of the time and cannot step in even some other team member are overload. Instead, recommend to get help from different business units because one actually has a buddy working their that one can recommend.
Team only functions as a real team when everyone are actually considered a “contributing” member and not “free rider”.
And please move one and stop wishing for PD. He did a lot of good things for the ENB but the guy retired at 65. Don’t make it sound like he was booted out early and let him enjoy his life outside ENB.
