Funny watching Regionals and District office dwellers find new titles for those completely unqualified for new positions designed to keep them safe for next round. A ten hour day paying them $$$$ to sit in office doing almost nothing. Here's a thought...get rid of Dist level altogether and for once make Reg fat asses earn a portion of their salary. That would be freaking beautiful. Can they learn how to backup cashier??? Oh god no...so below them

42000 for a dept mgr, really, I guess it’s true they can find cheap labor!! These guys are being so misled but they will catch on quick, maybe. I haven’t worked for 42000 in 15 years. Oh well the company will get what they pay for, cheap labor!! The stores already look like crap.
2 Asms just got hired at BBB at 42000. Less than what they use to pay. When they got hired were told by the DM they are restaffing all the stores and getting rid of under performing Store Managers and ASMs after Christmas. Happy New Year!
So funny they think noone notices. They think they contribute lol with their few hours on the floor doing their own projects. Everyone laughing at them trying to justify their pay grade.
