They ought to. Hum is treated like the holy grail and saving grace of Verizon wireless. Like none of us can see the return rates. It'll be interesting to see how they plan for us to pitch Hum with "set up at home" just a week away. Can you imagine? You keep a customer at bay for ten or fifteen minutes trying to push a sub-par product only to hand them a bag full of unopened product with instructions on how to do everything themselves?
