My location basically is a transfer and set up center for middle aged people and old people who don't want to bother to try to set up their phones themselves. "I received this box in the mail and I'm here to set it up"

Back in the alltel days, commission checks would vary by $100-$150 which one could budget for. When big red took over, they varied by literally 1000's a month with the same average amount of sales. By the time you figured out how to work whatever commission tiers/balances etc, they would change it. They set this in motion a LONG time ago.
I have my final interview with AT&T tomorrow. I saw this coming and I stayed ahead of it. Good luck everyone

the store is dead slow today ive have been here for 10 years and this month I’m struggling to make a $1,000 commission check. Retail seems to be on life support.
