How many stores out there are hiring? We have several open positions. Good business this weekend too.

New hires cannot believe what front line employees put up with everyday, they last a few months a year at most. People won't put up with the toxic store environment that Verizon created. No , all stores in NYM are down in numbers of employees. Yes the stores are hiring it just a stop gap.
Well, we have 5 reps with over 8 yrs in the company, one is over 12 yrs, they are keeping our store afloat, we have been down 5 people for at least a year, sure we hire, but most quit within a few months, our whole district is down, one store is running on four reps.....not sure where last poster is working but out district/region can't find/hire/keep people, most leave once ramp up ends and they know they won't hit quota or don't want to deal with the daily flow of morons into the store.

Mmmm... No. We haven't lost a rep in over a year, and just brought on two more. If anything, the hiring is probably a proactive backfill for some people about to get the door. We have reps in my store with tenure over ten years who haven't hit 80% quota in eight months. If your store is suddenly hiring a couple extra reps, look around. Is there somebody who, I don't know, can't seem to keep up?
All stores are hiring because we can't keep help, nobody wants to out up with this crap... new hires last a couple of months if were lucky, our store has been short 6 people for over a year, almost every store in our district is short....
