I know some former employees may still check in from time to time but I recently called the numbers provided to try and receive an update on when to expect the severance and transitional lump sum. Nobody was able to answer that for me. I’m wondering if anyone else who was let go, have you received your severance? If so how long from the end of employment date? Was it mailed or deposited? Thank you for any information

Molina is the bigest joke I ever worked for!
HR does not have answers
VP’S are hiding and not responding
CEO a complete joke
You give employees a layoff noticed stating that you are still employed until February the 23rd! But as of today you have no answers as to where do employees report to work on January the 2nd, because you sold the clinics.
I was laid off on September 15th and received my severance a few weeks ago.
I was laid off on 9/28 California and have not received my serverance and translational.
I called the HR number that was provided and spoke with two HR representatives that seen to know nothing. The first time I called I spoke with a guy that said the serverance was paid out in 12/11 and asked me to check ADP. I told him I already checked like four times. There’s was nothing there. Then he said he will have to find out from payroll and that was last Wednesday 12/20/17 which he said he will call me back.
I heard nothing since then and called again today, spoke with a different person and said payroll haven’t answered. She said the serverance pay is suppose to be direct deposited and asked me to check again, I almost yelled at her and replied I already checked like over 10 times. I went through each pay checks on adp to make sure and there was nothing desposit for serverance you pay.
Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone from
Molina California been paid?
Nor mine...
For CA how much tax was applied? I still haven't recieved mine.
If you login to ADP you will see the paystub where you will see it’s your severance plus the transitional pay. Then you will see all the taxes that were withheld as well.
I was laid off Sept 15 and i just received my severance today. Direct deposit. But I’m still confused if that included the transitional assistance pay. HR has given me different stories and others have told me it should be mailed to us. So I’m confused.
My layoff date was the 21st of November and I just checked ADP and it will be direct deposited today the 30th. About 35% was withheld in taxes, fica and Medicare.
Since you were laid off on the 15th can you please let us all know when you get the severance pay? Ty
They have 20 days from your last day of "work" (that you were on the payroll) to pay it out. Since mine was 11/15, I am figuring somewhere around the 4th or 5th of December.
They are taking taxes out like a bonus so I am pretty certain that it will be at the 40% tax rate.
Has anyone received it at all? I was also part of the November 21st Nickle cut. I know that I read somewhere where it will be taxed at a higher rate.
Does anyone know the % they will take out for the severance pay?
Same here. Last day was November 21.
I was wondering the same thing. I thought we would have it by now?
