Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Layoffs moved for Q1

heard that the Nov layoffs were pushed out to Q1 because New York changed their plans at the last minute, so HR is frantically redoing the packages. Some people will get a package and others won't based on some criteria. Those that get a package, it will be significantly reduced from what has been traditionally given, they no longer see the need to spend money on people they are ditching

Anybody has any more info on this?

Do you know they don't even say hello or acknowledge "workers"?

It's all crap and PR that employees love her...most high level executives are to important to even know employees. I miss the old PBG people and work environment....oops should not have said PBG, may get fired.

Will PEP continue to offer the services of LHH? At LHH I enjoyed learning how to build my LinkedIn profile, write a resume, and network with other unemployed boomers. Hopefully everyone who will be affected saw layoffs coming and has their resumes saved on their home computers.

AT&T just announced $1000 bonuses to 200,000 employees due to the approved tax cuts President Trump pushed so hard for. Would sure be nice if our leadership would stop with the layoffs and reward the people that have built this company.

February layoffs certain and reduced severence of one week per year of service. Not sure how deep the cuts yet.
