We have all these rumors (and in some cases confirmed cases) of layoffs going around which means we are about to lose a bunch more people when we desperately actually need to hire more workers if the company thinks to have anything done.
You can't keep cutting back, leaving both reps and merchandisers slammed all the time and expect to still receive the same quality and quantity of work out of them.
Reps can't realistically cover their territories anymore. I'm really not sure what I'll do if my area is hit with layoffs once again. Maybe hope I'm among those let go.
