BB&B will pay in the end

Regardless of the official company statement, everyone knows that layoffs were done in relation to your age, salary and your personal relationship with the SM and DM. So BBB just get over yourself, you did not value hard work, great team work and loyalty, you only based your decision on friendship. The SM and Ops conducted shady paperwork, questionable attendance records and time off records. I’m glad all that is permanent records where the EEOC can dig up your dirty business. We are angry but most of all disappointed in a company that we believed and gave it our all. Good luck ( not really) you will pay in the end.

The smart acting ASM’s, SM’s and Op’s Mgrs hope you enjoy Christmas (I really hope your so worried you can’t enjoy the holidays with your family). We are all doing the best we can and sitting back waiting and watching the circus at BBB. We are the lucky ones, we were surprised but you are just sitting ducks and you know it’s hunting season. You know it’s coming and no matter how much you s--- up to the SM they can’t help you cause their heads (most of the) are on the chopping block!! The SM’s don’t even want to help, a lot of them have been overheard talking about this whole situation and they only care about what happens to them. Not my monkeys not my circus....

District Ops in Midwest spending more time in a store doing CDS orders. Everybody is walking on eggshells.

We would all hope to be in a position to watch these guys be shown the door or at least be able to stop them from moving forward, turn about fair play!

District ops individual spending more time in office here in Arizona, a district store, and no longer joining us at the morning huddle. SM has a worried look on their face, highly paid ($$$$) DM isn't saying a word, store ops manager expects to be out based on their pay, apparently still in the dark.

Our DM will be giving out coupons in the store come Friday as if everything is copacetic.

I am angry that I am still without a job. I am angry that I had to stand in line for a free turkey because I do not have a job and I don’t have money for a Thanksgiving meal. I am angry that my DM had to fill out a questionnaire about me to get me to this place. J.S. I hope our paths cross again someday, and I hope I will be the one laying YOU off. Karma.
