HBR - best CEOs of 2017

Harvard Business Review has published its list of the best CEOs: SFDC’s MB #12; LE/MH/SC nowhere to be found. No surprises here, just a confirmation that oracle is a poorly managed company run by bad executIves.

Health plans at oracle used to be good, when they start cutting out good plans you know the performance of the company s---s and they don’t want to keep good employees. Get the hell out!!!

"Open enrollment just ended, the medical plans s---."

They might not be as good as they used to be, but I've seen far worse, like HD plans with 5K deductibles and you pay over the half the premiums, And I'm not talking about small mom n pop firms either.

I think a lot of older people stay at Oracle for the insurance.

"the dental and vision benefits in the U.S. are quite good"

Ya, the free cleanings in the base plan, that's awesome (NOT!)

as for vision, you do realize that you pay about the same if you figure premium and out of pocket costs compared to what you redeem right?

Open enrollment just ended, the medical plans s---.

And Oracle makes the lists of companies people are most hoping to leave. That said, the dental and vision benefits in the U.S. are quite good.
