And exactly what do they do? Our rep is horrible, not helpful & quick to accuse & put SM on a list instead of looking for solutions to deal with issues.

Actually, it is 5 new resources for HR + promotions and related pay increases.
Yep but they hired 4 new people, go figure
Looks like the HR "realignment" just hit. The 2 HR reps for our group and region are gone.
Kind of loving the poetic justice...
