Seinderburg; the kindly man who stopped management pensions. How we remember the past with a rose tint!
The call centers just offered a severance package and many people on the east coast took it. After more than 20 years this is the first time I feel so fearful. You can see the difference between the way things were done with Ivan Seinderburg and this character Lowell. The entire culture has changed and it seems like everyone is aiming for the throat instead of helping each other grow. The company has turned into a retreat for corporate bullies who feel that the only way to save their jobs is by bullying and harassing others. It’s a very stressful and demoralizing environment. The call centers need people but people are leaving on their own because people are tired of the abusive culture
I've been reading the board for three days now, I havent seen anyone talk about call centers - I think you are safe.
