Talked to several reps across the state. We all checked Resource Central for scheduling the incoming week. Atleast in VIR3/4/5 there are no full staffed days other than Black Friday.
I think solution specialists (atleast in the SEM) are safe for the time being.
If they are going to hit SS it will most likely be after the holiday rush.
Just like last year when they phased out OS/ES and converted to RSS in one set then followed up with a second set of RIFs a few months later.
