Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Ohio

Rumor mill alive and well today. Can anyone speak on the rumors of all home workers returning to the office. Or final lay offs in November and December to make Joe"s fourth quarter grand? Or how about MHO closing because corporate take over. All this is very unsettling.

Anyone?

YOU ARE ALL INSANE. Stop with the rumors and get back to work taking care of our members.

I don't see how that can be especially since we have the duals population and contract. Not to mention it makes no sense to bring field employees into the office when they have to leave and go back out in the field

Good luck Ohio team. Time to dust off the resume.

It sure seems as if Molina Healthcare is looking to be acquired. It's high time we all start thinking about OTHER companies and less about Molina. Everyone will likely need to look outside of Medicare/Medicaid as other companies are being swallowed up by health plans that have commercial products to be able to absorb/off set some of the losses from the Medicare and Medicaid plans, due to the ACA mess. I suggest everyone stop thinking about Molina as a long term employment option and start looking outside for their next job. Just saying. Good luck to all.
