Can anyone ... maybe someone from corp why all the hiring? Rumors are flying with new system and all the indeed CA hiring Ohio doors closing early spring.

Come on....they lay people off and hire cheaper people. It's not illegal.
Don't take everything so literally and think about it more carefully. Think bigger picture, if you must think about Molina at all. Just because jobs are posted doesn't mean the company isn't going to be sold. The layoffs were a quick way to reduce costs. There's no reason why you can't hire people once you've made the company look good for the fiscal period or quarter, etc. There is also a lag time....Indeed has positions posted that may never get filled. But things really don't have to make sense anyway. My friend was let go and then hired in another part of the company. I predict we will all lose our Molina jobs within a year or less. The company is being sold. It isn't all going to make sense. But in the end, none of us will care because we will all work somewhere else.
