Remember the good old days at the Oak Brook Office when T.C.was our President, there was good morale among the employees , we had a nice cafeteria and

Last but not least Rusty the dog.

That seems like a lifetime ago. So much has changed.

I loved the old Follett when TC was there and the old crew. Totally sad how a good company and one to be proud of has gone so downhill.

T.C. was a gentlemen, he knew everybody's name even if you worked in the mailroom and cared about Folletts employees.

We actually looked forward to the town hall meetings when he was speaking.

Hard to believe Follett has any employees left from that era. Considering how badly my d-bag boss treated me, my feelings of nostalgia are thin to nill. One bad boss can destroy an entire career.

Compared to the horrid working conditions of the past 4 years, I'm sure those days seem that good. Fact is the relationship between management (ownership) and employees has fundamentally changed. This follet is a toxic place to work. Everyone who can, should find other work.

Yes 😄! We all felt appreciated and proud to work for Follett. After TC left and MLS began everything about the Follett we loved went away. Morale went downhill as well as business results. TC understood that everything we did needed to meet or exceed customers expectations. And, he considered all of us as customers.
