You are correct about Humana not giving a crap! Why didn’t any of the higher administrators get let go as part of the so called work force reduction? Too many protected at the top

There is no loyalty from this company. It's a business, nothing more. Do they owe me anything? NO. Nor do I expect anything. I am a worker bee. I can't line my pockets with stock options, I work elsewhere now. But they make the mistake of thinking healthcare workers don't network and talk. Humana, thy name is MUD.

Transparency... That's amusing. Humana has strung people along for almost 18 months. After each RIF they have 'suggested' that those remaining are part of a stronger organization. They have lied to us from start to end and I just know they are still lying to us. Until the last RIF we had not been impacted and it seemed unreal. But now we know. Don't lie to us any more... Don't ask us to do impact plans Monday and layoff plans Tuesday. I guess the point is this. Do you care? We know you read this site but do you really care how people are impacted and how DEVASTATING your games are? Bruce is okay... William is okay and I am sure Mike is doing fine, but what about us. What about us when you are announcing huge profits? I will add that this site doesn't allow names, profanity or insults... That would have been a different post.
