They hired a consulting firm and basically gave everyone a point value from DM, Rx sups and up. Key factors were how long ones been with the company and performance specifically favoring those who are pharmacists and have been with the company a long time with a proven track record if you were not a pharmacist. Last day for those being let go will be the 30th and after that they can apply for other jobs either at corporate and or drop back down to store level positions. Many will have to look at what they have vested in the company. All of these individuals at this level are given stock options and will have to see if it is the right move to leave the company or wait until the stock is vested to pull out.
