Keep looking & applying, you have personal & sick days, use them for interviews. Use vacation days too, to better your own future. Unfortunately, this company does not care about its own employees, or our dedication or knowledge.

You have a couple of weeks of moderately busy. If you work at a quarter school, start looking full time no later than Jan 15. If you're at a semester school, you have no more important job than finding new work. NOW. It IS YOUR top priority.
Been trying to leave since September after a crappy Rush put the writing on the wall. No luck yet. Now with Rush who has time for interview.
Might lower my expectations just to get out of here in January.
