All the other major companies have already announced they will be giving employees $1,000 due the the new tax bill.
Will Citrix do the same (although they could afford giving $10,000 to each employee) or will EM and ELT just increase their coffers and give themselves bigger bonuses.
Given the ELT track record I think they will just give themselves larger bonuses and more stock compensation .
Like the ELT says at Citrix “let them eat cake”

"All the other major companies"??????? Really???? A few employers announce they will be doing this (for PR purposes, mostly) and that constitutes "all"? No one should expect something for no reason. Entitlement much?
Sure they will give you $1000 bonus instead of a severance package.
Bonus, are you out of your mind, this is the EM Citrix.
Instead of a bonus expect a layoff, shutdown of the Santa Clara site and selling the company to private equity.
How is that for a bonus
